Great staff. Clean comfortable room and bed, and a good shower.

Worn out equipment in exercise room, ran out of coffee in lounge.

This Courtyard deserves all of the 3 1/2 star rating, almost a 4. They could use a Lounge for cocktails in the evening, but other than that, it had everything I need for business travel.

Very clean, had coffee 24 hours and cookies at night.

I was impressed that the lobby was upscale. Very clean, buffet breakfast at restaurant, friendly staff it was a very nice place to stay.

I like the decor and colors used in the room and public areas.

Almost everything.

We were very disappointed with the hotel overall. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room could have been considerably cleaner. The pool was cold and the staff acted as if we were bothering them if we asked them questions. Parking was not very convenient to the room we were in. The public areas seemed to be clean and presentable and the lobby gave the hotel an appearance of being very nice. It was clean and perfectly located to all the major roads to get around the cape.

The dining was not that great. There was no lounge.

I would stay here again. This time it was just my husband and me but it would be a great place to bring the kids. It was nicely located so you could either hit Route 6 or Route 28 which are the 2 major roads to get around the Cape. The price was right on. Very happy with the selection. ...read more
